About Me

My name is Himanshu Agarwal, and I am a nature enthusiast and photographer based in New Delhi, North India.
Growing up in a small town in state of Uttar Pradesh, I was sent to a boarding school in Dehradun at the age of 6 due to the lack of quality education in my hometown. During my school breaks, I had the opportunity to explore the National parks of India and it was during one of these trips to Corbett that I was first captivated by the beauty of the natural world and loved the peace and solitude the natural world offered.
In 2012, I left my corporate job to pursue my passion for wildlife photography. I invested in better camera gear and education to improve my skills and now spend a significant amount of time each year in wildlife parks to capture the beauty of nature through my lens.

Wildlife photography is a highly challenging but rewarding genre of photography that requires lots of travel, expense, patience, skill, and technical expertise. As a wildlife photographer, I face various challenges such as unpredictable subjects, harsh environments, limited access to wildlife parks, and technical challenges like lighting, perfect camera settings, and composition.
However, the satisfaction of capturing a rare or unique moment in nature is what drives me to continually push my skills and techniques to new heights.
Hope you like my work, cheers !!
